- Contests are open to all 92.7 Jill-FM listeners, age 18 or older, residing within our transmitter coverage area, unless specified otherwise by 92.7 Jill-FM Radio or its representatives. Winners must wait at least 30 days before being eligible to win another prize from 92.7 Jill-FM. Contestants who have won more than one prize in any six-month period are ineligible to participate in any 92.7 Jill-FM contests for six-months from the date of their last contest win.
- 92.7 Jill-FM has the right to require a picture I.D. and/or a California Driver's License to prove eligibility of any winner presenting them in person to claim their prize. The decision of the 92.7 Jill-FM judges as to the eligibility of contestants is final.
- All Contestants acknowledge as a condition of entry that 92.7 Jill FM has the right to publicize and/or broadcast their names, character, likeness, or voice on all matters incidental here-in. Only one prize per person, per household, may be won in any calendar month. Winners (and their household) must wait the time specified below prior to entering another Jill-FM contest.
- Odds of winning any 92.7 Jill-FM contests depend on the total number of qualified entries received. Unless specified otherwise, all prizes are awarded at random from the total entries received. All contest entries become the property of 92.7 Jill-FM and will not be returned.
- All prizes must be redeemed at the 92.7 Jill-FM studios at 99 Long Ct. Suite 200 within 30 days of winning, The station will not notify winners of the time remaining to pick up their prize, nor will prizes be mailed or shipped to the winner, unless alternate arrangements have been made and agreed to by 92.7 Jill-FM management. These arrangements may include, but are in no way limited to, the winner paying in advance for postage and handling charges and accepting full responsibility and liability for the delivery of your prize to its final destination. All unclaimed prizes will be automatically forfeited by the winner and may, at the sole discretion of 92.7 Jill-FM, be given away to another contestant.
- All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Offers void where prohibited by law. Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes and/or other costs or fees associated with the winning or redemption of any and all prizes won and/or received. Due to the unavailability of a prize, 92.7 Jill-FM may, at its sole discretion, substitute another prize of equal or greater value.
- SPECIAL CONTEST RULES For Concert Events, Movie Premieres or Showings, or any other event where a definitive date has been set for the performance to which the Winner has won tickets: All Winners will have 24 hours from the time of initial contact by 92.7 Jill-FM, to return a fully completed and signed Winner's Release Form to the station by any of the following means:
- Return Fax to the radio station at (805) 497-8514
- Return e-mail with a digital image of the completed Winner's Sheet sent to reception@927JillFM.com or...
- Physically bring the completed and signed form to our Business Office, during regular business hours, at 99 Long
Court, Suite 200 Thousand Oaks, CA 91360, and present it to our Receptionist on duty.
Failure to return the Winner's Release Form within the aforementioned 24 hour time period will cause the Winner to immediately lose all rights to their Prize. No substitutions for forfeited prizes will be awarded. In the event a Winner's prize is forfeited by this procedure, a Second-Tier Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received. Total Entrants selected will match the number of forfeited prizes for the particular contest in question. Each selected entrant will have one opportunity to answer their contact telephone number, the number they wrote on their Contest Entry, to win the forfeited prize. If the contacted Entrant answers within 5 rings when 92.7 Jill-FM calls, that Entrant will win the previously forfeited prize. 92.7 Jill-FM will continue to call Entrants, with one chance to answer each, until all forfeited prizes have been awarded.
- 92.7 Jill-FM is not responsible for issues with incoming or outgoing telephone lines, duplicate or dropped calls, misdialed or wrong numbers. We are also not responsible for lost, undeliverable, or rejected e-mail entries. In the case of a dispute, the decision of the 92.7 Jill-FM judges is final.
- 92.7 Jill-FM Radio, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors, and/or representatives are, hereby, absolved and held harmless of any and all liability or damages, either financial or otherwise, of any on, or off air, contests, promotions or give-always, either in-person, on the airwaves of 92.7 Jill-FM, or on our website.
- Employees of 92.7 Jill-FM, its parent companies, its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, families or households, are ineligible to enter or win any contest on 92.7 Jill-FM.
